If any Revival Rentals product — installed and removed according to our instructions — causes wall damage that results in a deduction from your security deposit, we cover the repair costs. What We Cover
If you follow our installation and removal instructions and still experience wall damage, we'll reimburse you for the cost of standard repair materials needed to fix it. That means spackle, sandpaper, a small pot of touch-up paint — the actual items you'd buy at a hardware store to make the wall right again.
We cover: Material costs for standard wall repairs caused by proper product removal — up to $50 per item and $200 total per household.
We don't cover: Labor charges, landlord depreciation fees, damage caused by incorrect installation, or damage on surfaces we specifically advise against in our guides (fresh paint, unprimed wallpaper, heavily textured walls).
How to Make a Claim
It's simple. Email us at info@revivalrentals.shop within 30 days of your move-out date with three things:
1. Your original Revival Rentals order number
2. A clear photo of the damage
3. A receipt for the repair materials
That's it. We'll review your claim and respond within 3 business days. If it's covered, we'll send your reimbursement promptly — no chasing, no delays.
The Fine Print (Because You Deserve to Know It)
We believe in being transparent, so here's everything in plain language:
- The guarantee applies when products are installed and removed according to the instructions provided in your order and on our website
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your lease termination or move-out date
- The guarantee does not apply to surfaces we specifically advise against — including walls painted within the last 30 days, unprimed or unpainted surfaces, heavily textured walls, or wallpapered surfaces
- Maximum reimbursement is $50 per eligible product and $200 total per customer household
- We cover material costs only — not labor, contractor fees, or any charges beyond the cost of repair supplies
- Revival Rentals reserves the right to request additional documentation and to assess all claims on their individual merits
- This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through revivalrentals.shop
