At Revival Rentals, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our straightforward return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns & Refunds: The Basics

Return Window: You may request a return for most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This is especially important for adhesive or "peel & stick" products, where the seal must be unbroken.

Proof of Purchase: You will need your original order number or receipt.

Final Sale Items: Certain items (e.g., custom-cut products, final sale items) may not be eligible for return unless defective. This will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. The Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please email our support team at info@revivalrentals.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the Item: Once approved, ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@revivalrentals.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including covering the return shipping. Photos of the issue are very helpful for our team.
4. Our Damage-Free Deposit Guarantee™ (Not a Return Policy)
Please note that our acclaimed Damage-Free Deposit Guarantee™ is a separate protection for your rental security deposit. It covers repair costs for damage caused during proper removal of our installed products. It is not a product return or satisfaction guarantee. 5. Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges: We currently handle exchanges by processing a return (as above) and a new purchase. This ensures you receive any new order promptly.

Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund, which will be issued as a digital gift card to your email.
