Terms of Service for Revival Rentals

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and M-AJK Services Ltd (operating as "Revival Rentals," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Malta. By accessing or using our website at https://revivalrentals.shop (the "Site") and purchasing physical goods ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Revival Rentals Service
We provide an online marketplace for renter-friendly home decor and upgrade products. All sales are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Placing Orders & Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

  • We will confirm order acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. The contract for sale is formed only when we send this confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Malta's standard VAT rate where applicable. For customers outside Malta, prices are VAT-exclusive, and you may be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe) to handle all transactions. By providing your payment information, you agree to their terms and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is governed by our separate Shipping Policy. We will provide estimated delivery timelines but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Our Damage-Free Guarantee

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

  • Our Damage-Free Deposit Guarantee™ is a separate program with its own specific terms, conditions, and claim process, as detailed on its dedicated page. It is not covered by the general refund terms.

7. Product Information & Limitations
We make every effort to display Products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your screen's display is perfectly accurate. All Products are intended for standard residential use and must be installed and removed strictly according to the provided instructions. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, removal, or use on unsuitable surfaces.

8. User Accounts & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or harmful content.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (logos, text, designs, images) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MALTESE AND EU LAW, M-AJK SERVICES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M-AJK Services Ltd and its directors, officers, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or Products.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements for the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
