Thank you for shopping at Revival Rentals. Our goal is to provide a clear and fair shipping experience. Please review the following terms.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
- EU & UK: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- USA: 10-20 business days after shipment.
Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier processing, customs delays, or unforeseen events. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the secure delivery of your order.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders over 50 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency: GBP or USD).
- For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.
- All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. International Orders & Customs (EU & UK)
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom:
- All item prices are shown exclusive of VAT, customs duties, or import taxes.
- These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority. They may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Revival Rentals has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
5. Order Changes, Issues & Contact
- Address Changes or Cancellations: Please contact us immediately at info@revivalrentals.shop if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. We can only modify orders before they enter the shipment processing stage.
- Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors or your building's reception. For any other delivery issues, please contact our team at info@revivalrentals.shop within 30 days of the shipment date so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
