The Revival Rentals Damage-Free Deposit Guarantee™
Our Promise: We are so confident in our products that if any Revival Rentals item, installed and removed according to our instructions, causes damage that leads to a deduction from your rental security deposit, we will cover the material costs for standard repairs, up to $50 per item.
How It Works
- What's Covered: Reimbursement for the cost of standard repair materials (e.g., spackle, a small pot of matching paint, drywall patch) needed to fix minor damage caused by the proper removal of our products.
- What's Required: You must have followed the provided installation and removal instructions. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your lease termination/move-out date.

How to Claim: Email us at support@revivalrentals.shop within the claim period with:
- Your original order number.
- A clear photo of the damage in question.
- A receipt or invoice for the repair materials.
Important Details
- This guarantee is void if products are installed on unsuitable surfaces (e.g., fresh paint, unprimed wallpaper, textured walls) not recommended in our guides.
- It covers direct material costs only, not labor charges or depreciation fees from landlords.
- The maximum reimbursement is $50 per eligible item and $200 total per customer household.
- Revival Rentals reserves the right to assess all claims and request additional documentation. This guarantee is in lieu of any other implied warranties.
